Wherever possible, Devizes School will always try to stay open, even in bad weather. Sometimes, however, it may be necessary, because of poor weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control, for the school to be closed.
If there is a need for an emergency closure of Devizes School, an announcement will be made as soon as possible on BBC Wiltshire and on Heart FM radio stations. An announcement will also be placed, as soon as possible, on the school Twitter page and the news page of this website, while a telephone message will be added to the school’s telephone greeting.
