Remembrance Service at Devizes School 2017

Once again the whole school came together to hold our annual Remembrance Service. Fifty outside guests attended including the Deputy Mayor Andy Geddes, Chris Welham from Wadworths, The Lions Club and Geoff Matthews from the British Legion. Sixty students from surrounding Primary Schools also visited, Wansdyke, St James, Southbroom Infants, Trinity and Rowde Schools.

Students behaved impeccably as always. Poppies were planted in the quad first thing in the morning followed by assemblies and then the whole school service at 11am. Thanks to all who attended and to the cadets and the Leos who laid wreathes.

We will remember them.
